DS News takes a look at the top 10 housing markets in the country using Pro Teck's Home Value Forecast, which uses a
number of leading real estate market-based indicators to rank the single-family home markets in the top 200 CBSAs (Core
Based Statistical Areas) and highlight the strongest and weakest metros. The January Home Value Forecast showed that
the West Coast showed dominance, with eight West Coast cities making the list of top CBSAs. Indicators used for the
ranking include sales, sold price, sold DOM, foreclosure ratio, and more.
