Bell will be responsible for planning, organizing, optimizing, and managing staff and overall operations of LoanCare's IT department. He will provide strategic leadership to ensure operational services to the business are being supported in a timely and cost-effective manner, as well as developing objectives and short-and long-term goals for the department. Most recently, Bell was a partner with Crystal Shores Consulting where he worked with mortgage institutions as a management consultant with expertise in mortgage technology. ROOSTIFY HIRES NEW CRO Roostify has announced the hiring of Frank Gelbart as the organization's new Chief Revenue Officer. In his new position, Gelbart will be in charge of managing partner relationships and driving both new and existing streams of revenue. Gelbart comes to Roostify with two decades of experience in the enterprise software realm. He previously founded and served as President and CEO at Appfluent Technology, a business intelligence firm eventually acquired by Attunity. He also served as the VP of Worldwide Sales at Peakstone Corporation and as a senior manager at Entevo Corporation, Equinox Corporation, and Cheyenne Software. is experience will serve him well at Roostify, according to its CEO Rajesh Bhat. McCOY JOINS ORANGEGRID AS VP OrangeGrid, a California-based provider of configurable business process workflow solutions to the financial services industry, announced that Michele McCoy has joined as VP of Business Development. McCoy brings over 30 years' experience in the financial services industry to the OrangeGrid team, along with a proven track record of success driving long-term organizational growth following key leadership positions with Fifth ird Bank, Bank One, National City, and Citigroup. Before joining OrangeGrid, McCoy served Nations Default Services as VP of Client Relations, providing support to multiple companies under the Nations Holdings umbrella with a focus on the strategic consultation on compliance matters, process optimization, and business development both internally and with clientele. She is a nationally recognized leader in real estate sales and services having provided REO disposition services to over 30 lenders in 50 states. SAFEGUARD ANNOUNCES ADDITIONS TO MANAGEMENT TEAM Safeguard Properties, a mortgage field services provider based in Valley View, Ohio, announced two new professionals are joining the company's management team: Sheilla Lienerth as AVP of Client Relations and Lisa Nicholas as Director of Finance and Accounting. Lienerth will oversee client account management and process improvement at Safeguard. As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Lienerth "brings a continuous improvement mindset and process discipline to all aspects of her work," according to Safeguard. Lienerth's past experience includes leadership roles in sales, customer engagement, performance, and business analytics for such companies as Bridgestone and KeyBank. In her new role as Director of Finance and Accounting, Nicholas will manage the accounts receivable and loss management teams at Safeguard. Previously, Nicholas served in the accounting departments at Forest City Realty Trust, Avery Dennison, and Barnes Distribution. REDVISION WELCOMES NEW VP OF OPERATIONS Recently, Tim Padgett joined RedVision, a company that provides title and real property research solutions. As its new Vice President of Operations, Padgett will be manage RedVision's regional and national operations, concentrating on continuous customer success and satisfaction. Coming from a strong background in title operations, closings, settlement services, and title insurance, Padgett has 30 years of industry- related experience under his belt. He has served in roles at various organizations, including Westcor Land Title Insurance Company, the American Land Title Association (ALTA), the Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization (MISMO), and Altisource Premium Title Services, Inc., his most recent employer before RedVision.
