AMDC Holds Its Spring Summit
e American Mortgage Diversity Council (AMDC) held its 2017 Spring Summit on
May 10 in Dallas, Texas. e summit brought together executives from member organizations
to discuss issues that the membership is collectively focused on addressing. e membership
welcomed Leonard Kiefer, Deputy Chief Economist at Freddie Mac, who set the tone for the
day by delivering the latest nationwide homeownership statistics.

minorities in the workplace to developing diversity in homeownership.
