The opening of the Pike Creek facility is part of Long & Foster's plan to expand services to the state of Delaware. As part of the grand opening, the company welcomed the Erik Hoferer real estate team, a group of sales professionals serving New Castle, Delaware, and southern Chester counties. IN THE NEWS Hope LoanPort Launches Servicer Portal 2.0 nounced the launch of the Bank of America Servicer Portal 2.0, which is designed for mortgage services and functions as a platform for securely submitting applications and documentation for mortgage assistance and to process foreclosure alternatives, such as short sales. The portal is designed specifically for Hope LoanPort (HLP) recently an- mortgage servicers and functions as a plat- form for securely submitting applications and supporting documentation for loss mitigation assistance and to process foreclosure alterna- tives. It contains features that reflect servicing requirements set forth by the national mort- gage settlement and addresses inherent issues that stem from the receipt of applications through decentralized channels such as fax, mail, and email.
