JUST AN IDEA.
It's how we do business.
Today is a time of exciting change. As Nationstar becomes Mr. Cooper, the principals
of diversity and inclusion will continue to drive our business. We believe our new
company must look, think and act like the communities we serve. So, we've created
an Office of Diversity and Inclusion.
This new office enables greater collaboration among our diverse populations.
Resource Teams are open to those who share a common interest, culture or way of
life. A newly-formed mentoring program helps team members from all backgrounds
advance within the company.
