HLP ANNOUNCES MARK COLE AS PRESIDENT AND CEO Formerly Hope LoanPort, HLP recently announced Mark Cole as their new President and CEO, as well as member of the HLP board of directors. Cole is an industry veteran who has devoted his career to the nonprofit sector. Prior to his being named as President and CEO, Cole served as HLP's EVP and Chief Strategy Officer since 2014. In this role, he was responsible for developing strategies to grow HLP's platform in order to provide foreclosure and bankruptcy mediation and help government housing agencies modernize their technology. IDS PROMOTES SANTOS TO MANAGER OF NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT International Document Services, Inc. (IDS), a mortgage document preparation vendor, announced recently the promotion of former Manager of Development Beckie Santos to the newly created position of Manager of New Product Development. In her new role, Santos will leverage her development experience to work closely with the IDS development team, as well as operations, quality assurance, and compliance to help shape and guide future solutions. MELCHIORRE ANNOUNCED AS INDISOFT PRESIDENT Indisoft, a technology development firm that specializes in systems for the financial services industry, announced Camillo Melchiorre as its President. In his new role, Melchiorre will focus on the firm's sales and marketing efforts. Sanjeev Dahiwadkar, who previously held the roles of President and CEO, will not be available to concentrate on IndiSoft's strategic direction as CEO. Prior to this position, Melchiorre served as President and CEO of HLP, a company powered by IndiSoft's RxOffice. Before his stint at HLP, he held the position of SVP of Loss Management at Radian Group, Inc. LENDERLIVE ANNOUNCES NEW CORRESPONDENT LENDING REGIONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER LenderLive Network LLC, a unit of LenderLive Holdings, Inc., announced that Sherry Valladares has joined their team as Correspondent Lending Regional Account Manager. Valladares will cover the Northeast area and work with both new and existing clients, including mortgage banks, community banks, and credit unions that are currently participating or are prospective participants in their LenderLive correspondent program. Valladares will report directly to SVP and National Sales Manager Bob Kallio. ZVN PROPERTIES ADDS TEAM MEMBER TO ITS RANKS ZVN Properties has recently announced the hiring of Kiyoshi D. Hunt as VP of Strategic Partnership. Hunt has over 23 years experience working in professional sales and management with local and national organizations over multiple business segments. LEGAL POTESTIVO & ASSOCIATES ANNOUNCES NEW ATTORNEYS Potestivo & Associates, P.C. has announced the add-on of two new attorneys, Kimberly Morr and Jeremy Marks, to its Missouri and Michigan offices. Morr will serve as an Associate Attorney in the company's St. Louis, Missouri office, while Marks has been brought on to serve as Supervising Bankruptcy Attorney in downtown Rochester, Michigan, where the company is headquartered. Morr received her Juris Doctor from St. Louis University in 2015. Marks received his Juris Doctor from omas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 2009. REISENFELD AND ASSOCIATES, LLC NAMES EQUITY PARTNER Reisenfeld and Associates, LLC announced that Matthew Gladwell has been named as an Equity Partner in the firm effective June 1, 2017. Matthew has been with Reisenfeld and Associates for over 12 years and is the Managing Attorney of Legal Services. Prior to joining Reisenfeld & Associates as an Associate Attorney in June of 2005, Gladwell gained expertise in real estate law while working as an associate in the real estate group of a large law firm in Dayton, Ohio, and as a realty specialist in the real estate division of the U.S. Army, Corps of Engineers. Gladwell graduated from Miami University, with a B.A. in 1999 and from the University of Notre Dame with a J.D. in 2002. PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATIONS AMERICAN MORTGAGE DIVERSITY COUNCIL APPOINTS DIRECTOR AND WELCOMES NEW MEMBER e American Mortgage Diversity Council (AMDC) recently announced the appointment of John Golden as Executive Director. Golden has been in the mortgage industry for 16 years, and has a 27-year operational background across multiple industries where he provided effectual support and direction. e AMDC, founded in 2015, supports a wide range of diversity initiatives and promotes dialogue aimed at addressing key issues affecting diversity in and across the mortgage industry. WELLS FARGO BOLSTERS NATIONAL MORTGAGE SERVICING ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATION e National Mortgage Servicing Association (NMSA) announced that Wells Fargo Home Mortgage (WFHM) SVP and Head of Servicing Change Delivery Gui Kahl has joined the organization. Kahl succeeds J.K. Huey, who retired in May, as one of two representatives from Wells Fargo. Before his return to Wells Fargo in 2016, Kahl was the global head of process e-engineering and management at American International Group (AIG).
