e Come Sail Away: Keys for Life Dinner & Concert hosted by
Auction.com is not only one that is close to the Five Star Institutes heart,
but an attendee favorite. On the evening of Monday, September 18th,
Five Star honored five veterans of the U.S. military with the presentation
of mortgage-free homes Provided by JPMorgan Chase with the support
of Operation Homefront, a national nonprofit whose mission is to build
strong, stable, and secure military families.
e event kicked off with the presentation of the 2017 Five Star
Lifetime Achievement Award, which went to Steve Bailey, COO at
PennyMac. U.S. Army Sergeant Matthew R. Gaff and his family; U.S.
Airman First Class Ryan Hampe and his family; U.S. Navy Seaman
Shynae Murphy and her family; U.S. Army Specialist Kenyetta Cooper
and her family; and U.S. Army Specialist Marchalle Couch were the
recipients of the mortgage-free homes, which Ten-X Executive Chairman
and Co-Founder Jeff Frieden helped facilitate alongside Operation
Homefront President and CEO John I. Pray, Jr., Brig Gen, USAF (Ret).
e event concluded with a performance from legendary rock band
Styx, hosted by a360 Inc.
