THE APP SPECTRUM Find Inspectors For anyone seeking or offering residential or commercial inspections, this app offers a search engine database for both sides of the service. Find certified home inspectors by searching by city or ZIP code, or use the application to register as a local inspector in your city or ZIP code to pick up new business. The app is free to download; additional features are available to premium users offering inspections by making your service nationally searchable. Available on iOS, Android, and Blackberry devices. Available for: DocuSign Ink A complement to DocuSign's web service, DocuSign Ink allows iOS and Android users to manage a complete range of document functionality from their mobile devices. Busy professionals wanting to go paperless will love the ability to sign, send, receive, and share critical documents such as contracts, invoices, leases, rental agreements, and more—all from their mobile device. This free download also lets you sign documents face-to-face and has photo, notification, and social sharing features. Available for: Evernote Evernote helps you organize your life on a much broader and deeper level than a traditional note-taking app. Outside of text notes and lists, key features include syncing across multiple devices and users, recordable audio notes, searchable text, and the ability to capture and attach photos to notes. You can also create master password lists, tag notes, organize task lists and ideas, and connect to Facebook and Twitter. The app is free on iOS, Android, and Blackberry. Upgrade for premium features such as offline access and the ability to lock the app with your personal PIN. Available for: For professionals across the spectrum of default servicing, smartphone technology is a way of life. From productivity apps for execs at their desks to property evaluation apps for those in the field, here are our favorites for November. Google Drive Google recently updated its Drive app for iOS with many new features previously only available to Android users. This combined cloud storage and productivity app lets you access, upload, edit, and share—from any device you use—your documents, presentations, notes, photos, videos, and more. Android users still have slightly more features than iOS users, with the ability to add and reply to comments. The Drive addition to Google's suite of productivity apps can be downloaded at no cost. Available for: CardMunch Keeping track of too many business cards is cumbersome, and since we live in a world that's quickly going digital, it makes sense that your business cards go digital too. This free app by LinkedIn lets you scan and convert business cards to address book contacts with an option to add them to your LinkedIn account. You can also view contacts' LinkedIn profiles. CardMunch is currently only available on iOS, but you can sign up to be notified of the Android release by contacting info@ cardmunch.com. Available for: 20
