The functions allow real estate agents and brokers to keep their costs low while still offering everything needed in a business phone system. Employees can also sync smartphones and tablets. Internet fax is included as well, giving enterprises and employees the ability to be completely mobile.

Every REO asset sold by an REO4Kids.com agent results in a donation to a children's charity. Each member agent chooses the charities they want to support in their community. The Make-A- Wish Foundation, Boys and Girls Clubs, and St. Jude's Hospital have been the largest recipients of members' gifts, but the organization's goodwill is expansive. In 2011, more than 60 groups benefited, from Little League to Toys for Tots. REO4Kids currently has 30 members in 18 states; anyone wanting to give back can join them in their charitable giving.
