LENDERS AND SERVICERS JPMORGAN RESHAPES EXECUTIVE TEAM JPMorgan has promoted two female executives within its executive team. e bank tapped Jennifer Piepszak, Head of the bank's card services unit, as the new CFO, following the announcement that current CFO Marianne Lake will take over as CEO of the bank's Consumer Lending Business. In the internal announcement memo signed by Jamie Dimon, CEO, JPMorgan Chase, both women were described as "extraordinary executives and leaders who have been critical to our success." "I want to be at this company 10 years from now, and I will be quite open-minded about what the next step could look like," Lake told Reuters last year. "I have told the board that I want to be here for the long-term." She added, "When you are a successful company, you have to fight really hard to make sure you avoid complacency, arrogance, and bureaucracy." UBS APPOINTS FORMER HOUSE COMMITTEE CHAIR HENSARLING Jeb Hensarling, the former Chairman of the House Financial Services Committee, has joined UBS as the Executive Vice Chairman of its Americas division. He will be based out of Dallas with regional responsibilities across all UBS Americas businesses. In his new role, Hensarling will focus on building and strengthening client relationships. Hensarling most recently represented Texas's Fifth Congressional District in the US House of Representatives for eight terms (2003-2019). Prior to serving in Congress, he worked in both the financial services and energy industries. "Jeb will work closely with our leadership team, financial advisors, and bankers to build and strengthen our most important client relationships across our businesses," said Tom Naratil, President, UBS Americas and Co- President, Global Wealth Management. Neville will replace former CEO, Brian Fitzpatrick. "Under Bill's leadership, we will continue to focus on operational excellence and drive technology development to remain at the forefront of industry innovation for years to come," said Howard Conyack Jr., Founder and Chairman of LoanLogics. Neville, who joined the LoanLogics Board of Directors in 2017 and joined the LoanLogics executive team in 2018, has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before joining LoanLogics, he served as North American president for Finastra. He also served as a board director and later President of U.S. business at D+H. Keep up with who's doing what and who went where. NORTHPOINTE BANK APPOINTS NEW SVP Northpointe Bank has named Bryan Neitzelt as SVP, for its Capital Markets business. In this leadership role, Neitzelt is responsible for enterprise-level financial risk management of Northpointe's nationwide residential lending business. He will oversee the bank's interest rate risk hedging, securitization, portfolio asset management, and investor relations verticals. Previously, Neitzelt was VP of secondary marketing for e Huntington National Bank. He has specialized in mortgage loan risk management in his previous roles over the past 22 years. Neitzelt holds a B.A. in business administration/ finance as well as a master's degree in business administration from Otterbein College. SERVICE PROVIDERS JOSEPH GRIMES JOINS BLUE WATER ADVISORY BOARD Blue Water Financial Technologies LLC (Blue Water), the Minneapolis- based provider of asset valuation, MSR distribution, MSR hedging, and electronic solutions to mortgage lenders, has announced the appointment of Joseph A. Grimes III as Senior Advisor. Grimes will join Nicholas Smith, Founder and CEO of Rice Park Capital Management (RPC), Jeff Hilligoss, Senior Advisor to RPC and CEO of Upper Bound, and Brad Farrell, Senior Advisor to RPC and former CFO of Two Harbors Investment Corp on the Advisory Board.
