Her experience leads to frequently speaking at training seminars, conferences, and continuing legal education courses on real property issues. Bond continues to share her knowledge by authoring several articles regarding real estate litigation and related topics. DEAN MEYER, Director, Loss Mitigation | Freddie Mac A veteran of over 35 years in the mortgage industry, Dean Meyer is Director, Loss Mitigation in Freddie Mac's Single-Family Servicing Operations Management organization. In his position, he is responsible for business management of Freddie Mac's non-routine mortgage litigation. Meyer has also been responsible for oversight of Freddie Mac's foreclosure/bankruptcy loan inventory and the servicers that managed these loans. This included foreclosure/bankruptcy timeline management and compensatory fees management for nonperforming loans. Previously, he served as the Director of Servicing Operations Policy, where his team was responsible for developing and publishing all servicing contract requirements for Freddie Mac's Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide. RICK SHARGA, President & CEO | CJ Patrick Company One of the country's most frequently quoted sources on real estate, mortgage, and foreclosure trends, Rick Sharga has appeared on CNBC, CBS News, NBC News, CNN, ABC News, FOX, Bloomberg, and NPR. Sharga is a founding member of the Five Star National Mortgage Servicing Association, on the Board of Directors of the Asian Real Estate Association of America and the National Association of Default Professionals and was twice named to the Inman News Inman 100, an annual list of the most influential real estate leaders. Sharga has over 20 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries, including roles as the EVP/Market Intelligence at ATTOM Data, EVP for Carrington Mortgage Holdings, EVP of Marketing at RealtyTrac, and Chief Marketing Officer of Ten-X and Auction.com, the leading online real estate marketplace. NOLAN TURNER, Managing Director | Carrington Holding Company, LLC Nolan Turner heads strategic initiatives, growth/revenue objectives, and industry partnerships across Carrington's nine vertically integrated companies and 4,000 employees. Turner has touched a plethora of business and finance operations throughout his career with a special emphasis on mortgage lending, mortgage servicing, and default management. Turner has hands on experience in Capital Markets, RMBS securitization, and both the buy/sell side of whole loan trading, non-performing/re-performing loans, mortgage servicing rights, and GNMA early buyouts. Prior to joining Carrington in 2010, Turner held executive leadership roles within the Investment Bank at Wachovia, Wholesale Mortgage Operations at World Savings, and Real Estate Development Operations for East-West Partners.
