IN THE NEWS Delaware Court Rules in Favor of MERS Over Assignment of Mortgage MERSCORP Holdings gained yet an- other legal victory recently, this time in Dela- ware. In a suit brought about by a disgruntled mortgagor over whether or not MERS had the authority to assign a mortgage, a Dela- ware court ruled in MERS' favor.
