ENHANCEMENTS TO BLUE SAGE SOLUTIONS' LION CONSUMER POS A n extensive update to Blue Sage Solutions' LION Consumer Point of Sale (POS) technology has recently been announced. The new platform streamlines the mortgage application process for both applicants and lenders by fusing sophisticated technical capabilities with borrow- er-centric improvements. A number of significant upgrades have been included in this most recent edition to enhance system speed, accessi- bility, and user experience. A redesigned welcome message upon login, inter- active guided tours, enhanced consent procedures, AI-driven knowledge-based support, and the option to shop for mort- gage insurance from within the platform are just a few of the more user-friendly features that borrowers will now enjoy. These capabilities expedite the application process overall and offer real-time transparency into their loan progress. To ensure continuous platform optimization, new feedback mecha- nisms now allow applicants to exchange thoughts during the process. Additionally, in order to provide faster load times, improved security, and increased stability, the upgrade is also constructed using an upgraded current tech stack that includes the newest Angular and Google Firebase platforms. With more flexibility over platform parameters, lenders can now effortlessly manage features, modify settings, and personalize the user experience to suit their unique business objectives. New Enhancements Help Assist Lenders Co-browsing and application sup- port for loan officers (LOs) are two of the new features.
