I have worked with multiple banks and companies and my reputation is high among them all. I am involved in all stages of the REO process beginning with the eviction process and pre- marketing stages to the marketing and sales process and getting the property closed. I maintain an average of approximately 30 properties and average at least five closings per month. I conduct weekly inspections on all of my properties and I always keep ongoing communication with asset managers.
