I obtained my broker's license in 2006 and started my own firm, Advance Equity Group. Over time I hired 16 agents and trained them as buying and listing agents with a focus on investor clients and REO sales. I became a Wells Fargo REO agent in 2009. I have since listed and sold over 100 homes for Wells Fargo and Premiere Asset Services. I also list REOs for Chase and bankruptcy properties for BKGlobal. In 2010 I started a property management division.
